Banana Pudding Pound Cake Recipe
This cake is a delight! The pudding mix brings moisture and delightful banana flavor, while the mashed and sliced bananas add a melt-in-your-mouth texture and even more moistness!

Ingredients:
Cake:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) softened unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- One packet (3.4 ounces) of instant pudding mix with banana cream.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 thinly sliced bananas
Icing:
- 1–1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a round tube pan.
- In a mixer, beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one, then mix in milk and vanilla.
- Mix the flour, custard mix, baking powder and salt in an other basin. Add gradually to wet mixture.
- Stir in mashed and sliced bananas.
- Spread batter into prepared pan. In order for a toothpick to come out clean, bake for 60 to 75 minutes.
- After allowing it to cool for ten minutes, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
- For the icing, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzling consistency.
- Drizzle icing over cooled cake and garnish with more banana slices if desired. Enjoy!

- To facilitate mixing, make sure the butter has melted to room temperature.
- For the finest flavour and texture in the cake, use ripe bananas.
